Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the What To Eat? website and services, including provider registration, menu listings, client ordering, reviews, and admin dashboard features. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable policies.

2. Service Overview

What To Eat? connects clients with restaurants and caterers that offer available meals. Clients may search menus, place orders, and contact providers. Providers may register, manage menus, and subscribe to plans that include menu item limits, ratings, and Stripe billing integration. Admin users may manage subscriptions, providers, clients, and site settings.

3. Account Registration and Provider Plans

Clients and providers must register using a valid email address and password. Providers may also provide phone, business type, address, country, and subscription plan information. Provider subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew monthly based on plan configuration.

Providers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for any activity that occurs through their account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, or to submit false or misleading information. Clients may not submit abusive reviews or contact providers in a harmful manner. Providers must keep menu listings accurate and comply with applicable laws for food service and billing.

5. Content and Reviews

Clients may submit reviews and ratings for providers they interact with. Providers may upload menu item details and photos. By submitting content, you grant What To Eat? a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service.

6. Payments and Billing

Provider subscriptions are processed through Stripe. What To Eat? does not directly store full payment card details. Providers are responsible for any fees, renewal charges, and order-related payments associated with their subscription plan. Cancellation or billing disputes must be managed through Stripe or customer support where applicable.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the service is also governed by the What To Eat? Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected. The Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The site integrates with third-party providers including Firebase, Stripe, and reCAPTCHA. These services may collect and process personal information on behalf of What To Eat? to provide authentication, database storage, payment processing, anti-fraud protection, and related functionality.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. What To Eat? does not guarantee the quality, availability, or safety of menu items, orders, or provider services. Clients and providers use the site at their own risk.
